ParcelHero is seeking an exceptional, autonomous Senior Salesforce Administrator to take full ownership of our Salesforce platform and revenue technology ecosystem. As the primary Salesforce expert, you will be responsible for the health, optimization, and strategic development of our entire Revenue Technology stack. You will design and build complex, scalable automations to support key processes like Lead → Opportunity conversion and opportunity management.

You will lead the technical vision for complex Salesforce programs, working directly with customers to understand their business goals, architect solutions that deliver measurable outcomes, and ensure those solutions are successfully implemented. Own the architecture for Salesforce solutions from inception through delivery, ensuring they meet business goals and deliver measurable value.
